The roaster makes 4.5 pounds or 22 servings of delicious roasted nuts every 15 minutes. This is double the production of the NBR2000! Roaster and cart features include: Completely portable. Product sign in front of cart. Sufficient storage for $3,500 worth of sales. Uses LP gas plus 110 Volt, 150 Watt electrical service for motor. Optional locking cash drawer. Included is a Three Bay Nut Warmer and Merchandising Unit. The unit displays packaged almonds, pecans and cashews in an attractive, well lit, compact unit that heats from both the top and the bottom. And all necessary small wares. The equipment is a demo unit used in a trade show by The Nutty Bavarian. We have never used this equipment due to family illness.
